Whitley Bay Web is still in its infancy and at the moment there is no premium on advertising space. That means that advertising on Whitley Bay Web is Free of Charge for businesses in and around the Whitley Bay area. This is a genuine offer no strings attached, all we ask is that you return the favour by telling your friends, family, work colleagues, customers, suppliers & just about anyone else about whitleybayweb.com. Get them to have a look at the site, get them to tell us whats good and whats not so good about the site, and also get them to contribute anything that they feel would be relevent and appropriate.
Unfortunately there is limited advertising space on the site, so we have had to create some restrictions. We can only promote a certain number of businesses, so it is purely going to be on a first come first served basis. Certain space will be allotted to certain types of business and unless otherwise requested the adverts will be placed in the sections that are most relevent to the service or product being promoted.
Adverts are all a standard size so there is no favouritism this is 150 pixels wide x 200 pixels high. You can either provide us with an advert in the form of .jpg or.gif format or we can create one for you for a small fee (about £10.00, £5.00 of this will be donated to a local charity).
It is anticipated that adverts will be free for about 12 months after which a small charge will be made. A percentage of the revenue will be donated to local charities, please set the charity donations page for futher information. You will even be able to nominate your own local charity if you so wish.
